Program Cancellation

We generally follow the Monroe Public Schools schedule for vacations. Please see the schedule printed in this newsletter and weekly church bulletins for up to date information. We will not meet if Monroe Public Schools is cancelled in the case of inclement weather.  

Parent Information

Parents are involved by preparing dinners for the club and assisting in the activities throughout the year. Parents will be assigned once per quarter, per child enrolled. Two parents should share dinner duties each night. Instructions for dinner are included on page 2 and 3 of the Christ's Kids newsletter. We also will ask for your help of time and/or donations for our mission projects. Sign up sheets are posted in Fellowship Hall on the bulletin board.
Parents should complete a blue payment form each time you pay tuition. Tuition for the club is $2 per meeting. You may pay by the meeting, monthly or quarterly. Payments should made on program nights or to the church office. For any special payment arrangements see Mrs. Cooley. Be sure to keep your contact and child’s information on file with us up to date.
