Eve Circle
Eve Circle is a gathering of approximately twenty-five individuals. They convene once a month on the first Monday at 1:00 PM in Fellowship Hall. Each month, they rotate the responsibility of presenting lessons, centered around a theme established for the year. One of the most rewarding aspects of every meeting is the chance and anticipation that each participant will vocalize something they are thankful for, recognizing that sharing gratitude is a beneficial habit that fosters personal development. The gatherings blend fellowship, education, encouragement, and humor.
Eve Circle hosts the annual Trash to Treasure sale in the fall. Proceeds from the sale are used to finance projects in and around the church.
Some of the projects the group has supported include providing at least one GodWorks meal each year, leading a summer social, conducting an annual kitchen deep cleaning, purchasing additional kitchen supplies, providing lumbar pillows at the back of the church, placing small tissue packets in the pew pockets, preparing kids' activity bags, and funding outdoor flower plantings. The group strives to address any needs or small projects brought to their attention.
Everyone is invited to join, and, of course, a highlight of the gathering is that there is food to enjoy!
